High Memory usage in Windows 8

Ive been having very high memory usage in Windows 8 Today and its affecting my PC. Ive been getting around 70-80% on idle and i cant figure out what is happening. I scanned for malware with no results, i removed some programs and some antiviruses that might be affecting my memory.
Im using a pair of G Skill Ripjaws (4x2)

Help is appreciated and thanks in advance

Upgrade all drivers specially .net framework,microsoft visuals c++,direct x and GPU driver..also try disabling BITS (background intelligence transfer service) windows serch and super fetch..
