After clicking on a Celeb "news" (for lack of better term) "sponsored" ad in pop-ups, when URL appears in top of search tab/pane - foreign alphabetical characters / lettering appears and all jumbled up on top of itself on every computer tab ( google ) when a link or pop-up, ad or story opens up in a new tab and always only along top menu bar on top of my desktop PC monitor?
For what it is worth - the Alphabetical letter / characters are in Punjabi according to what "Google Translate" translates, more specifically Gurmandi...
This is what appeared in Google Translate when I hit enter anyway...
How is this remedied and stopped - for what it is worth ? I did a full clean re-installation of my original Windows Premium disk, used my Micro. "Anytime Upgrade" pkg. Key, and still, this happens with more frequency even if with pop up blacker on and spam protection set to high
