Crucial M550 512GB SSD Under-performing

So I recently got an installed a Crucial M550 512GB SSD. I ran a benchmark test (http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/113570) and noticed that my new SSD seems to be far under-performing compared to other people with the same drive. I have it plugged into the 6GB/s port on my ASUS P8Z77-V Pro motherboard.

Any ideas as to why this may be?

Never mind, I solved my own problem. I had the SATA cable plugged into one of the 6.0 Gb/s Asmedia slots instead of the 6.0 Gb/s Intel slot, this fixed it and it is working at speed now.
