I'm a lazy person. My bed is comfortable, and sometimes I just wish that I could use my computer without actually having to get out of it. Is there a way that I could use an Xbox 360 wired controller instead of a mouse and keyboard? I'm not talking about productivity/work things, more like using it to browse YouTube, or just navigate the basic windows 8 functions.

They are but what those programs do is trick the computer into thinking your controller is a mouse and keyboard so it will work on the desktop as well as games. You may want to look up exactly how to do it those programs can be a bit complicated im sure theres plenty of guides out there.
