At low settings, maybe even medium settings, it's probably ok. If you don't plan to overclock at all, that motherboard will be ok. If you plan to overclock, you need a different motherboard. That motherboard has poor thermal qualities. The Gigabyte 970A-UD3P is a much better board for budget overclocking. Are you planning to overclock? Did you buy an aftermarket cooler?

That GPU is also just about as low end as it gets on the green team for PCIe graphics on cards that are actually anywhere near gaming capable. What is your actual budget for the five items above that are lacking in your build?

The max im wanting to go is about 400-410$. Right now I dont plan on overclocking. I was looking at test videos and that exact GPU was able to play on Advanced Warfare on Ultra. Not sure if that was true though. Nothing was overclocked.

There is no way a GTX 750 TI can play with ultra settings on anything more demanding than Minecraft, at least, not in most cases. What resolution are you planning to game at? You might game at 10-20 FPS on AW with ultra settings, but that would play terrible.

Im going to go with your build. I appreciate the help :)

No worries. I think you'll be much, much happier when you see how much better the 270x is. Now, if you went with the GTX 760, which is much more capable than the 750 TI FTW, different story. The GTX 760 is just slightly better than the 270x, in some areas, but it also starts out about thirty bucks more. For the price range, the 270x is a very good choice.
