i have an ssd just cant remember as well as an optical drive (seta3)

I also was wondering if i needed fans and if so how many and which ones would u recommmend.

This computer would mainly for gaming and potentially for streaming

The gpu is outdated, the cpu is overkill for gaming, the i5 4690k would be perfect for gaming, but it's definitely not a bad build. I would sell off your gtx 480s and buy a newer single gpu, possibly the gtx 970. You could also get a cheaper Mobo, a msi gaming 5 would work well. The gtx 970 would also lower your energy usage so you can get a 600-700W Psu instead.
