is this good fro gaming in ultra 1080p ? at least mmore than 30+ FPS

OCing on that board would be okay. It depends how much you expect out of it. That particular motherboard lacks heatsinks on the mosfets so its really hard to say.

Ultra? No. If you could play ultra with a $400 rig then no one would buy $400 graphics cards. Depending on the game, you might be able to play on ultra. But expect Playing on High with 40+ FPS.
