These are my specs:
-Intel Core i7 5930K
-2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 G1 Gaming 4GB
-Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001
-Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit OEM
-Corsair Graphite 780T White Full Tower Case
-Intel 730 Series 240GB SSD
-LG CH12NS30 12X BD-R Blu-Ray DVD Combo Drive
-Corsair Hydro Series H100i CPU Cooler
-G.Skill Ripjaws 4 F4-2666C15Q-16GRR 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4
-ASUS X99-PRO Motherboard

I have a budget of $250 AUD for my power supply what would the best recommendation be? (The noise level isn't a problem for me.)

would a Aerocool Imperator 1150W 80+ Gold Power Supply be a good solution?

That silverstone you are looking it is great quality. JonnyGuru (a popular PSU testing site) gave it a 9/10. You can't hurt your system with too high a wattage PSU of course, but here is something to consider:

i7 5930K TDP 140W say 200W for the OC
GTX 980 TDP is 165W x2 so let's say 375W with OC
Rest of system 100W
Overhead 150W
Total 825W with overhead and OC in mind.

The XFX XTR Series 850W for $179 would be a great choice for your system.

Hi - Can't find a trusted review of it, however as a general rule I'd stay away from Aerocool PSU's.
90% of their models are OEM'd by Andysson & HEC, both bottom feeding makers.

The unit you mention could be different, but without a trusted review I wouldn't risk it.
It is an Andysson unit, so personally I wouldn't touch it.

Assuming you are going to stay with 1 GPU then the two PSU' suggested above are excellent.

If you are goin to add a 2nd gtx 980 then consider a 1kw or higher PSU.
