it looks fine but to improve it i would go for a i5 because it has more cores and will be faster and you can do you editing better and smoother. If you got the i5 everything would work together, but you might have to update the bios on your motherboard. I would recommend you got a h97 motherboard, then the bios would be fine. you would also need a copy of windows and a disk drive.
