i want to know which is better Zotac GTX 970 4gb or MSI AMD/ATI R9 285

please also give me benchmark of these two

im from india i want to buy a new graphics card

The 970 overall is the best performer and gives better power consumption. Go with the 970.
If you want to just have one card in your system, get the first card as it has the better cooler and it's for that purpose. But if you plan on a near sli or may have a chance of it get the reference cooler (second option) it's way better for sli.

There is no question about it the GTX 970 is much better than R9 285 .

Comparison with AMD
R9 285 < R9 280x < R9 290 < GTX 970

With NVIDIA

GTX 760 < GTX 770 < GTX 780 < GTX 970


So definitely go for GTX 970 you will get double the Vram with double the FPS than R9 285.

Non reference one you can get the zotac standard version or if you are willing to spend more then get the Asus strike x gtx 970 its around 30k INR.
For SLI make sure that your board is SLI supported and you will need a good quality 750 watt PSU dont get the corsair cx PSU.
