in my country... nope... they're as stable as crap... the r9 290 went down 400$... the price in my country is 550$...

Go for the third option. It will be the best performing among the four.
That said, the first three options will perform very similarly in the real world and you can choose the cheapest among the three.
Please do not go for the last one. Not worth it.

for non K CPU is not worth . Even the stock cooler is enough or 212 EVO .

otherwise Corsair H60 , but it s not worth for non K CPU !
