this is what happened.
I was working on my laptop (acer with win7), suddenly it froze and lost everything, I got mad and hit the desk so hard that the computer crashed. When it boots said something like the ""previous shutdown was unexpected" and gave me two options, (I don't recall to much) , I chose the first one that said that windows will try to repair and fix (recommended). After that every time I cant access windows normally, only on safe mode. I tried to do a back up on safe mode but I was unable to find my files that were on my desktop so I took the hard drive out and put it inside external case and plugged in on my other computer. I saw two partitions, one said recovery and the other one with the operating system. I opened the one with the operation system and did a back up. Put the hard drive back again on the laptop and accessed to windows recovery. That gave me two options also, the first one was original factory settings or repair. I choose the first one factory settings. Its starts doing everything fine, when it was exactly at 100% said the recovery attempt has failed.
Restart the computer and now it went to a boot loop. Try again to access the recovery but not luck. So I took the hard drive out, put it back again in the external case plugged to my other computer, but now every time that I try to access that partition (OS) it wont open and my computer froze and not able to format it. But I was able to open the recovery partition that by the way was empty, weird.
I did a disk check with command prompt and after two to three hours it says it was unable to access it.
any suggestion what happened and how I can format that partition and able to use it
