PCIe Raid Controller or MOBO SATA RAID

I have a Maximus Hero V2 mobo with 6 of 8 mobo occupied SATA ports. 2 of them are RAID 0 and contain my OS Windows. They are connected to the top 2 sata ports, I tried connecting them to ports 3 and 4, and then RAID didnt work, so I'm not sure if I could do a 3 drive on RAID 0 with mobo ports. Maybe I'm wrong.

I'd like to get a PCI Raid Controller for enhanced speed, reduced latency, but mostly to free up the sata slots for other peripherals. I know there are many kinds, with different number of sata ports and different lane usage. Currently I am using one PCI lane for a 970 gtx Geforce Gigabyte graphics card, which I intend to SLI in a few years (so Ill need the other lane.) I also am using a lane for a tv tuner, and may use a lane in the future for a wifi module.

Can someone give me a suggestion as to what SATA Raid Controller I should use for my needs:
- 2 Samsung 840 EVO 250GB in Raid 0 currently
- May expand to 3 or (unlikely) 4 drive Raid 0
- reliable, fast, and under $100
- rear eSata port would be nice, or even a USB 3 rear port.

How does this card look?

None of them under $200 have 5 star reviews so I want to make sure I get one that works well. I don't understand the nature or usefulness of a $1500 enterprise one.

Anything I should avoid or anything I should definitely be sure to get?

Thanks!

do i need an enterprise Raid controller, or will a $50 do it? Am I going to have trouble setting up RAID 0 since its normally done in the BIOS?

Also, can I use my existing RAID 0 drives without reformatting and restoring files?
