What liquid cooler is better for my AMD FX 8320? Is it Thermaltake water 3.0 performer or Cooler Master Seidon 120v? thanks

Using the Thermaltake 3.0 Extreme and my 8350 @ 4.8GHz stays around 26-28° with normal use. Has never gone passed 50° with heavy gaming.
Same setup with the CM 212 EVO w 2x 120mm fans stayed around 35° idle and 60° with heavy gaming.
