the a10 will be a nice upgrade over the a4. if it is not in your budget to fully upgrade to the i5 right now, the $100 for the a10 will be worth it and give a boost to the games your playing

are you using the onboard gpu or using a discrete video card? if you are using a separate video card, then the i5 is the way to go. if you're going for the onboard graphics then the a10 has MUCH better graphics and is your choice.

if you would like some help picking a system you can give us a budget and what you need to buy and we will be happy to help. sometimes what you may be thinkking ends up more expensive than another option which is just as good or better.

I have a Asus GTX 760, I was going to get a new cpu, I have the AMD A4 so. But I could go with the AMD A10, then I dont have to buy a new motherbord, but if I go with the i5, I do.
