Will Run Minecraft 40+ fps?

Hello im build a computer that i hope it can run a minecraft server while on minecraft with adleast 40+ fps.

It should, might have some problems with that dual core though.

I'd drop the ram down to 4gb then use the saved 30-40 bucks to upgrade to an athlon x4. Assuming that you can't spend the extra (it really is worth it)

Core count first then speed. Cache doesn't make much difference, there's usually enough of it on even the cheapest of processors.
