Best gaming graphics card under 10000 rs

hi guys,
I'm planning to buy a graphics card under 10000 rs,
I'd like to play games such as Far cry 4 , watch dogs, cod ghost , Metal gear etc.
pls give your suggestions,
my sys specs:
Intel core i3, dh55tc motherboard
4gb ram
500gb hdd.

If im not wrong "RS" is Indian Rupee isnt it?

Well thats around 158 US Dollars, and for that money i would recommend you getting the GTX 750ti.

I dont know what the price of that card would be with the taxes of your country but on ebay its around this price.

That card is really good, you should be able to run those games, specially metal gear, that runs very smooth in most cards. Far Cry 4 and Watch Dogs will not be able to run at max settings, maybe a mixed High-Medium. :)

Does a 400w psu enough to run this gc. And what about amd cards

Yea, if its a good power supply that really has 400w, there will be no problem.
I dont know too much about amd cards... but i dont think you will find a better card with the same price.
