Windows 7 license question

Hello, Is it possible to use an OEI licence on a machine that has and oem version of windows 7 hp on it, but has not been actived using the OEM licence?

OEM can usually be only installed once. you can try it if you wish, but i can't say it will work.

You can always put windows on top of windows, previous activaton issues will have nothing to do with a new install. Mind you, with OEM versions you will likely have to download a driver or two, as the OEM versions are tailor-built to the hardware in the machine it was installed to, but the pc's homepage should have those.
