the very best Z97 mobo for mild oc and no wifi

hey all,

bit stuck on my gaming build:

i would like the following on my board:
- display port ( i think i need it for future monitors, or do i? )
- sli
- mild oc
- good audio
-very good network hardware with lan priority customability

soc force seems overkill but has it all, is there a good alternative you would suggest?
do i really need displayport?

If you really do need it, then you can use HDMI -> displayport adapter... but I don't think that will be a problem in a while....

and a bit over my budget :)
i'm guessing the hero will make me happy as well.
BUT, it doenst have a displayport ...
will i miss that in one or 2 years?

good price, great features and easily handles an oc. you don't need the display port on the mobo since the video card is what you use. the mobo connectors are for using onboard video and do nothing at all when your using discrete card.

i can't not have a great board so i will go Hero VII.
Seems i can't go wrong with that and it will make me happy for years to come.

Seems like the popular choice at the moment
