so after not using my pc for a long time today( was working fine 2 days prior) i have been getting intermittant display driver has recovered error where the screen goes off and comes back on after hanging for 1-2 seconds. it has also blue screened a few times and failed to boot afterwards. I've used ddu to remove the nvidia drivers and re-installed new ones/tried some older versions. the same seems to happen. The only things i've changed to potentially cause it on a software side is running ccleaner, installing IE9 (issue with skype and i never use the browser) It seems to happen mostly when attempting to play LoL but it seems random and unexpected sometimes not doing it all. I used blue screen view and have the dmp files of 2 seperate blue screens. ill upload them too see if they help.

Solution
Is anything on your pc overclocked? Usually it's an indication that the gpu is overclocked and unstable. If there's an overclock on the cpu or if some sort of 'enhancement' has been selected in the bios (like turbo, performance mode or any other terminology) it could have also increased the pci bus voltage and may be causing you instability via the pci slot your graphics card is connected to.
