Low-budget build. What do you think of it? Is the PSU enough?

Hello, I recently decided its time to upgrade my computer. (Macbook Pro 13 4gb Ram, Core 2 Duo). I will be visiting the US for 5 days and I want to build myself a computer without exceeding my budget.

This is what I got so far:

Motherboard: ASRock 960GM-VGS3: $49.99
Processor: AMD FX-8370: $209.99
RAM: PNY 16gb: $151.99
Graphics: Radeon R9 270X: $149.99
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB: $49.99
Case with 480W Power Supply: $49.99
Wireless USB Adapter: $12.99
Additional Fan: $9.99

Total: $685. (Perfect for me as I dont want to spend more than $700)

My main question is; A 480W PSU is enough for this build?

What do you think of this build?

Thanks, this is my first post :D

It may work but the general recommendation for r9 270/270x is 500w minimum. It also depends on the psu, a low end psu will struggle and likely create problems over a solid quality psu.

Keep in mind, the 500w min recommendation (per guru3d here: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/amd-radeon-r9-270-review,8.html ) and here http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm is for a stock system with no overclocking of the cpu or graphics card. Depending how high you plan to overclock either you may want to opt for a 550w or 600w.
