Best GPU Under 250$

As the title says, i'm looking for the best possible GPU i can buy under 250$. There are a few options i already had in mind but i'm really not sure yet and would appreciate your suggestions. I don't mind going slightly over and shell out a few more bucks if it's REALLY worth it, But i'd prefer to stay under a grand total of 250$.

On another note, do you guys think a GPU of that price range will be a bottleneck for an AMD FX 8350 cpu? Probably will, but still asking.

Thanks for the suggestions. I forgot to mention i'd prefer a GPU with 2 fans or less. I don't really like the 3 fan GPUs very much. Also to nuculos, the cheapest r9 290 i've seen is 320$ so it's a bit out of budget.

Any more suggestions?

Do you live in the us? Then look for the 280/280x. very similar cards

I live in Canada. I should have mentionned it since the prices differ depending on the country.

After seeing the specs and performances of the 290 compared to the 280, i think it might be better in my case to wait it out a little and invest in the 290 instead. The difference between the 2 cards seems pretty big. The most popular cards price/performance wise these days seems to be the R9 290 and the GTX 970. The R9 290 being the cheaper of the two.

No, it doesn't. They're about dead even in performance and I'd take that DirectCU II HSF any day over that noisier Windforce cooler (had both coolers - the ASUS on a GTX 670 and the Gigabyte on a GTX 770).
