What is a good mobo for the amd8320!!

I need it to be fully updated and working with cpu straight out the box
compatible with my parts.
Parts -
thermaltake smart650w (should I exchange the psu?)
thermaltake v4 black edition
geforce gtx750
2 gskillripjaw 4g
coolermaster hyper 212
1 led fan

I can buy online but I'd rather go out to a store and buy 1 maybe best buy or staples whoever sells.

That seems a bit high I was think more 40-60$ don't care about OC the pc will run fine on games without it.

just need it to work out the box no bios updates

-Note I have already spent $50 on a mobo that I have right now... it is the.. MOBO
It won't boot up I believe because of the fx8320 and bios...

Just looked on amazon and saw this mobo for about 40 less would this also be a good substitute instead?.. I looked on the chart but don't really understand much..its my first build...but I think f1 is what I'm suppose to look for?

you need bios revision 1001
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX_PLUS/HelpDesk_CPU/
do you have a family member or friend that has an old sempron/athlon or phenom II cpu? you could post with that then update to the new bios revision.

You can try that, but I would buy a better motherboard. 990FX chipset if you can. They overclock well. The ASRock 970 Extreme 4 should get your overclock to about 4.2-4.4 Ghz. The Extreme 3 gets to 4.0Ghz.
Or you can get the motherboard I use (ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0). I can get it up to 3.8Ghz, due to heatsinkless vrms, but can be added heatsinks or fans on them and is basically an Extreme 3.

the board you have now is terrible for 8 core use mate,no vrm cooling ,low tdp,I wouldnt run higher than a 6 core on it personally.
the 3 gigabyte 970 boards
the d3p
ds3p
ud3p
all support your cpu out of the box
return your motherboard if you can & get one of these
the d3p is slightly better spec than the ds3p,the ud3p is better than both(its the best 970 series board there is full stop)
pick one depending on your budget
