I finished building the computer, I ended up resetting the BIOS when I followed the forum on troubleshooting the PC. it turned on twice and never again so I replaced the PSU in the end. now I'm on a screen the says : " BIOs has been reset -please decide how to continue" and has 3 options. I can't pick any because it's not recognizing the keyboard or the mouse. They're both LED and turn on bot aren't functioning so can't select bios with up/down keys. How do I fix this?
