I have read around the internet but google searching can't seem to give the answer for what I am looking for. What I want is:
How can I insert black frames into my or any monitor using software for everything rendered on it and to test things using this approach?
I can write programs in c++, c# and few other languages but mostly basic to advance level little bit expert level. So any help is appreciated in this regard. the purpose is to reduce or eliminate the blur using above method and study limitations on it using software and different hz.
