psu confusion about building

is there any thing i forgot in this build. i already have a monitor keyboard and a mouse please tell me about the build whether it is correct or not and can it support watchdogs at high settings
confused about a psu if a 400 watt is sufficient then i already have one
please suggest me a answer and thanks in advance

400w unit if it a good brand will be fine if it an hp or dell unit then replace it. some of the older 400w units are not true 400w units and may pop when loaded. if you can look at 500-600w unit a lot of times you can get a evga 600b for 30.00 after rebate.

I don't think it will be able to play on high above 30fps. I would say get a r9 260x. But then you will also need a 500W power supply. The 4GB VRAM is not much important unless you are planning on playing in 1440p.
