Should I install my ram, cpu, heatsink on my motherboard (placed on cardboard box) and then plug in the 24 pin power connector and 8/4 pin connector to my mobo and power it on my monitor?

For a mini micro ATX case, should I install my HDD first?

Is it possible to move all of my pc components to another better or bigger case?

How tight should I screw in the mobo and its standoffs?

Solution
you want with nothing on the mb to dry fit it into your case. the standoffs should be tight so that they dont back out when you screw the mb down. the mb should just be sung where they dont move so you dont cut the mb. a dry post is a good idea for a new builder. you wont hurt the mb if you post it outside the case. if there an issue it save you from pulling the mb from your case. with newer mb there standard sizes now so as long as you buy a standard atx case you can put in your parts from this build into a larger case.
