It's a decent motherboard. The only real complaint from people has been that it's lacking standoff attachment points. Most full atx mount to 9 standoffs, this board only mounts with 6 and leaves a portion of the motherboard unsupported. Primarily the upper right corner of the board. Installing ram would probably be safer to do with the motherboard out of the case rather than after it's installed. Too much pressure (like applied when seating ram) on this unsupported area could potentially stress the pcb of the motherboard.
