Alright so I needed to update my bios but the thing is I double checked before I did any of it and made sure it was 100% the right update for my bios and motherboard, so I know I didn't flash it with the wrong bios update. I jumped the right pins, and the update finish and said it was successful and said unjump the pins and jump the clear CMOS pins which I tried and also have tried the button on the back of my PC that is for resetting CMOS as well. Now when I try start my PC it gets to the post screen/motherboard screen, (you know that screen that tell you your motherboard and you can press f2 or delete or insert to get to your bios) then it freezes for a few seconds and crashes and just reboots itself in an endless loop. I have tried taking out the battery but that didn't work I have left out the battery and that didn't work.

I have a motherboard: ecs p67h2-a3 Lga 1155
Bios: ami aptio. It is also soldered to the board
Ram: G skill sniper ddr3 1866 x2
Gpu: gtx 750 ti which is the reason for me trying I update my bios.

Please help thank you for help

I can't make it too load defaults as it freezes on the bios/mobo/post screen and it doesn't get enough time to get into bios options before the PC restarts. I just put a speaker onto my motherboard pulled out my ram and it beeped that means it can't be my motherboard bricked or failing can it?
