Which 120mm & 140mm Case Fans to Get?

Hi,
I'm really confused about this right now. There seems to be a very limited number of benchmarks and tests to actually say which fans are the best in terms of performance. This has been really tough because I also have the option of choosing either 120mm or 140mm for the fans at the back. (I'm gonna get the Corsair Obsidian 750D)

Can someone please tell me the best 120mm and 140mm fans with the best performance while still maintaining a descent sense of quietness? It would also be nice if you could recommend me some fans with blue LEDs too.

What is your budget?

To match the case though, go for the Corsair AF quiet series. And if you can fit 140mm, go for 140mm. Look for blue AF140 Quiet corsair fans. The performance ones are a bit louder (depends if you really care that much but they are not that loud).

I'm don't really care, as long as each fan doesn't cost more than 50. Thanks for helping! Anyway, how do they compare to other brands performance wise? They sure look a lot better than Noctua
