Hey Guys,
Building a new computer and I am thinking of using the parts that are listed below. Is there anything that isn't compatible or should be worried about? Or anything cheaper/same or better to put in the bring the price down?

My main questions are:

RAM
: I know that Quad channel is made for x79 MBs, but if I get some for my machine will it work, and if it will work will it work the same as the Dual channel?

PSU: Is the 620M better than the 620, or am I wasting money to get the M?

CPU: Is it fine without water cooling if I don't overclock until I save up a bit more for water cooling?

Also, does anyone know anything about Greenboxit.com.au? I am getting a few parts from there as it is a lot cheaper, not sure how dodgey it is though. Thanks guys

CPU :The CPU is fine with stock cooler if you dont OC it but if you OC it then get a CM hyper 212 evo its around 25-30 $ and very good cooler better than many water coolers and if you want something better then the noctua D15.

PSU :The difference between the 620 M and 620 is that the M stands for modular and the non M is semi modular quality wise same.

RAM : If your motherboard supports dual channel, then 4 identical modules will run in dual channel it's the motherboard/chipset that determines if 2 modules will run in dual channel, 3 modules in triple channel and 4 modules in dual or quad channel.

Solution
With modular PSu there is space for better cable management than semi modular and non modular PSU .

Non-modular:

The PSU comes with ALL possible cables attached to it, ready to go.
This has the advantage of ensuring you're not going to need a cable.
The downside is that it's VERY messy and if you're into cable-management, it's
a nightmare storing away all the excess cables you don't need. Bad cable-management
can mean the difference between a good or bad airflow and consequently the
operating temperature of your system.

Semi-modular:

Only some cables come pre-attached. There's less clutter and it
can be pretty alright. However it's more expensive than non-modular.

Modular:

No cables at all. You only attach the ones you need. This is ideal for
tweakers and those with deeper pockets, as it's both more expensive, but
also gives you more options.

And For the RAM these is no such thing as quard channel 2x dual channel is sometimes refereed as quad channel so you dont have to worry about the rams compability.

I can't answer your RAM Question as I don't have the knowledge of it quite frankly but the others I can!

I recently built pretty much the same build you outlined.

GTX 970 and the same processor and at the moment without overclocking I have no heat issues whatsoever even under load and I'm not using a water cooler at the moment as I need to save up for them.

As for the power supply I'd say don't get the M unless yourinto cable management which does help your system!

I would actually go with this build, which allows for two 970s in SLI while putting 100$ back into your pocket:

Why would you want to put such a high end build in such a budget case? The idea makes my pants drop.

About the same build but with a decent case,

Also a samsung 240gb ssd in it.The psu is good for sli too. Also added a decent cooler.
If you think you can wait with the cooler could you also put in this case,
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-case-phes614pbk
also comes in white.

You don't need an hdd for storage like zeyuanfu included?

A better case often has better airflow too,the one i chose already comes with three casefans which is nice, also does it have some room to tuck cables away behind the motherboardtray.

For sli with the gtx 970 and that cpu should imo 750watt be enough yes. That evga has a positive review at jonnyGuru and is cheaper than your choice while also being semi modular so a good choice for the money.
