My external HDD Imation Apollo is not recognizing in "Computer" but I can see it to "Device Manager" and "Disk Management" by my laptop.
I try to fix it with:
-"change drive letter", but it only says "The operation failed to complete because the Disk Management....blah!"
-"diskpart>list volume>", but it's not showing
-"devmgmt.msc" in cmd, but it's not working
I try to other to computer and it's showing
without getting format, plz help me, because I have lot of files there about 736GB...
