Hi guys.
First of all, i read all similar threads here and tried your advices.
What i did:
disabled igpu driver
set BIOS settings to use PCIE
uninstalled old card drivers
tried to boot in safe mode
nothing helps, always black screen

I pluged in the new card in PCIE slot and connect PCIE 6-pin from PSU.
I see the green light on graphic card and the fans are spinning
So, it probably works

There is only one difference i noticed:
When i don't disable IGPU, then i here that Windows is loaded (i hear welcome sound)
When i disabled IGPU, it seems that Windows doesn't loads (don't hear the welcome sound and when i click the Power button on PC case, then it turns off immidiately)

Connection via DVI-D cable.
It is no matter if DVI cable plugged into the card or mobo, it always black screen..

Old card: GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4850 1gb (256 bit)
New card: ASUS R9 270 DirectCU ll TOP 2gb (256 bit)

PC specs:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel I5-2300 2.8ghz
PSU: Chieftec A135 series 500W Gold 80Plus
MOBO: ASUS P8H67-M EVO
RAM: 4 gb 667Mhz

What you think, can i tried something else or is it faulty card?
Thanks for your time.
