Will I need a PSU from the US or EU for a graphics card from US to be used in Ireland

So I'm going to be in New York over christmas, I plan on buying a gtx 970 while I'm over there and I'm wondering if I need to get a power supply for it over there or over here. It's confusing me a little so I'm sorry if it's a stupid question, thanks to any reply's

GPU doesn't see the incoming power; they're the same the whole world over.

A good PSU will work anywhere in the world, with the only difference being that the AC power cable has a different plug on the end depending on which country it's sold in.
