i was having low fps in games for a while and couldn't find a solution so i took it to a pc repair place to be fixed. they put in a new hdd as the old one was broken, they installed a new win 7, put in a better psu and took my computer apart and rebuilt. now i have my pc back i downloaded the latest drivers for my gpu. but after downloading the drivers i noticed that i am still getting low fps, a bit better than before but still crap. are there any other drivers i should install? or is there another problem with my pc?

fps drops in inurgency
low fps in bf4 (down to 20s usually high 40s to 30s)
