What Intel-motherboard should I get for over-clocking?

I want to get a motherboard that's compatible with an Intel i5 processor and the Nvidia GTX 970 4gb graphics card. I want to do overclocking but not SLI or SSD cause I don't really need all those features. I will get a 500 watt power supply and 8 gigs of ram and use my old hard drive and get a new case. I know I need an LGA 1150 mobo but which one is the question. Every time I find a good one it turns out to be inadequet for overclocking and I don't know the official term for it. Also what software do you use for overclocking? Cause I will be playing a few next-gen games like AC-Unity, Dragon Age Inquisition and possibly Shadow of Mordor.

Many thanks in advance!!

P.S. My price range is from 100 British Pounds but I would like to spend below that if possible. if not I am willing to go a little over 100 but 150 pounds is the limit. Cheers!

Really sorry! Can't believe I forgot to put that. My CPU is an i5 4690k processor. Many thanks! By the way I don't care much for SLI or SSD yet. Just a normal PC with over-clocking. But even then I don't mind too much if I can't do over-clocking cause I can always upgrade my motherboard in the future.

MSI PC Mate z97 is supporting everything I need it to do. i5-4690k @ 4.6ghz, 1.24v

Originally bought it AND the g3258 for $99 usd, decided it would be fine to upgrade with. It has been so far.
