There is no answer for that. Cases are personal choices as well as practical ones. The Antec GX500 has all the bits you might want including three fans. There are very many other cases I would be happy to use.

I was thinking of cooler master r4-l2r-20ac because it is pretty cheap

If you want a side dust filter, check out the silverstone magnetic ones. I recommend getting one even if you don't install a fan there so dust doesn't float in.
