my games loads very slowly, even though i am using SSD. i have been looking for the source of the problem, which leads me to userbenchmark.com. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but as you can see, my CPU speed looks awfully low, one of the lowest i would say, compared to other 600+ comparisons. mine is the one with 22.5% speed
my CPU is pretty new, less than a year, never overheats, never overclocked, and so far i don't think there was problem. my specs:
cpu: i7 4770 @ 3.40hz
RAM: 12gb kingston
SSD: samsung 840 evo 120gb
GC: GTX 760
any idea guys? why is it like that? what effect does it have on my PC? so far i dont really feel any much difference. please let me know if there is anything else you want to know
