So this is the deal, this is our first build and we manage to connect everything in place but the graphic card, this is the back of our power source
http://www.kitguru.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ACC_2882_DxO1-300x199.jpg

we connect a 6+2 to 8 pin cable to the graphic card and the power source like this ones, 2x6 to one 8
http://www.bilder.tragant.de/produkte/orig/52307c41687b60.90678616.jpg

we connect the 2 x 6 to the card leaving the +2 free to one 8 pin slot on the source (we connect it to the right corner down of the source) and we try to start it, it all lighted but the graphic card, and the fans for the card doesn't work either so we are we thinking that the card is not getting enough power to start

so since the R9 270x come with a 2 x 6 to 4 pin cables like the ones on the image below

we don't know if we need to use an adapter to convert to 6 pin again and connect that to 2 slots on the back of the power source don't know if this work

so that our problem right now hope you can help us

Thank you

Solution
That PSU should have come with all the cables you need for connecting to the gfx card. You don't need or want to use those adapters.
