ASRock 870 extreme3 no video or POST

I have an asrock 870 extreme3
AMD Athlon ii x3 450
Hynix 2x4gb RAM
Corsair HX650W PSU
I am waiting to get my gtx 650 ti. Should be here in a few days.

When I boot there is no POST or video output all I get is four Dr. Debug codes. 00, d1, d3, d0.

ASRock 870 EXTREME3 is a 2010 model. The Athlon II X3 450 requires the latest BIOS version 1.60. It may be worthwhile testing the CMOS battery to see if it has 3.3v.

Until then, check a sticker on the BIOS chip. See if P1.60

Try reinstalling the CPU. Look for bent pins. Test th eboard outside the case. See if still d0.

It might be a defective board, then Try RMA-ing it, if under warranty.
