Not really good with computers so I'd really appreciate the help and pardon my computer ineptness.. So recently my Acer Aspire 4745G has been lagging and I was wondering if it would be cheaper to replace the parts with better ones or to just get a new laptop? I'm a student fresh out of high school looking to use the laptop for gaming, work and movies. Specs on this computer
Intel i5 processor 430M(2.26Ghz, 3MB, L3 Cache )
2gb memory
500Gb Hdd
ATI Mobility Radeon Hd 5470
I'm not really looking to play state of the art games, just some to fill my time when I'm bored like DC Universe and maybe KUFII that recommends graphics with such asNvidia GEforce 880GTX, ATX3800+. Looking to spend about 800 dollars on the new laptop.

The only thing you can do is add a ssd of beef up your memory. 2 gigs is your main problem. If it will take 8 gigs go for it and get the largest ssd you can afford. Much cheaper that a new laptop.
