How does Memory affect the CPU ?

I have intel core i7 4770k and G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 X 8GB) 2133Mhz CL9 1.6v

It runs at 1333Mhz at default speed but when i increase it to 1600Mhz or more (even when i enable XMP Profile 1) the CPU runs at turbo speed automatically with high voltage (3.9Ghz at 1.188v) and this voltage increases to 1.25v+ while running prime95 which causes high temperature..

It also makes the CPU unable to run at 4.5Ghz and even 4.4Ghz at 1.308v while almost all other i7 4770k's can reach 4.5Ghz at 1.25~1.3v.
Is there anything wrong with my Memory or CPU ? Should i get a 1600Mhz Memory ? What should i do ? It's really annoying me..

Thanks

Sounds like your CPU may have a weeker MC (memory controller) than the norm. Might give the MC a tad more voltage, it's usually called the DDRVTT or something in that order (with the VTT included)
