cpu preformance with graphics card

I know that the processor affect the performance of the graphics card, so Is nividia 760 would be good performance with core i3 processor 3.20GHz, note that I have 8GB RAM DDR3?

Your CPU will handle the GTX 760 with no problem, but in a very demanding game, you may suffer very little bottleneck. you wont even notice!

-Overclocking it to 3.5 Ghz would remove the small bottleneck, but its not really necessary...
