Opinions On My First Build

Hello everyone,

So instead of asking for a build here I decided to make a build for myself then get your opinions on it on what I should change and what not. I would like to run games such as Assassin's Creed Unity, Shadow of Mordor, Titanfall, Battlefield 4, League of Legends and GTA IV on high settings whilst getting 60fps. No, I will not be overclocking this so I do not need a CPU Cooler. So here is my build.

The Corsair RAM is fine, just make sure you aren't overpaying for it. The ASRock H97 is a good motherboard and is an upgrade over the B85 in my build.

It would be over $1100, well with my preferred merchants (NCIX, Amazon, Newegg) I only would buy from them. Um how about downgrading my GPU? Something that the CPU wouldn't bottleneck. Would a 760 work? Would also cost me less money :)

A GTX760 is too much of a drop

Hmm.. That looks great, but this is what I have done, dropped the CPU, upgraded to the 8320, dropped the GPU downgraded to the GTX770, for almost the same price. Not sure if that will do, what do you think? If not then your build would be good then. Thanks.

Any i5 is better than every FX. They are old and I just cannot recommend them anymore, ESPECIALLY if you aren't going to overclock.
The R9 290 is way stronger than GTX770 and they are in the same price range. Those changes just don't make sense considering what you COULD get.

Thanks for the input, I am not an expert so without your help I wouldn't know, Thanks! Would I be able to upgrade the 290 to the 970 in the future without the CPU bottlenecking?

I see. Thanks for all the help, I changed the Memory to the Corsair Vengeance, would that make any difference (make it worse)? I wanted to make my build blue-ish. Also, the motherboard to ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. Thanks again.
