Around $2000

Also, as you can probably tell by these specs, I am building a computer meant for gaming.

On a scale from 1-10, 1 being poor, and 10 being great, what would you rate it?

This would have more bang for your buck while putting 200$ back into your pocket:

Extra fans are not necessary as the case already comes with a lot, but you can add a bottom fan for good measure.

Oh, one more thing (sorry for bothering ye),

I see that you are a minecraft player.

If so, how many frames per second do you suppose I will get will my original build? (with or without shaders)

(I don't plan to record or become some youtuber or anything, so you don't have to find out the fps with a recording software being used, assuming that you probably would)

I am indeed a Minecraft player:)
You should expect at least a few hundred FPS. The computers at my high school, which has third gen i5s on the integrated graphics, gets 300-400 FPS with 1 GB of RAM allocated to them. You should expect a few hundred FPS even with shaders as the CPU and GPU are both very powerful.
