wizard doesn't appear after running an executable file !

hi all , a wizard of installation doesn't appear when running an executable file , i want to install arabic interface for my windows 7 home premium 32bit, after downloading the file of the interface i double click on it and then click on run and then nothing happens , the wizard of the installation doesn't appear ! , how to fix this problem ?

Without knowing more about the file, where you got it from and your permissions on the PC i would advise right clicking the file and running it as an administrator. Other than that have you been able to install other programs and have you gone into the task manager and checked if it is already running in the background? (ctrl+shift + esc, then processes)

hi there , i downloaded it online from a site i always use to download the interface and it was always working properly , this time it doesn't work !, yes i am the administrator and i also tried to run it as administrator and nothing happens, there is nothing in the background after checking the task manager

When you say you have downloaded it before do you mean this is a new OS/computer or you have just removed it and have you tried running any other wizards eg an antivirus installer or Google Chrome? just to see if it is the specific wizard or a computer wide problem.
