Should I be concerned about Coil Sounds on MSI GTX 970?

Hello, I was looking into buying the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G card, however I saw some things online saying how people were having issues with Coil winding noises.

I am not familiar with this,
Is it something of great concern?
Do all cards have a chance of having it?
Will this card mostly likely have this issue?

Alright, now is this a very noticeable sound? I play in a room that is only really quiet at night, and my pc sits underneath my desk.
Also do all cards come with an issue like that? Or is it more of a unlikely scenario?

to be honest i dont know how loud it is ive heard that its not that loud but im not sure though
