I have a quick question before I do any major spending, I am building a desktop setup for the whole family to do things on and I was wondering if this kind of stuff won't have to be upgraded for a while since I am on a 20000$ budget (I am also kind of lazy when it comes to upgrading).

Desktop Specs:
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2697
CPU Cooler: Dark Rock Advanced C1
Motherboard: ASRock X99 Extreme11
Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB 8x8 DDR4-2666mhz
Storage 1: 2 Hitachi Ultrastar He8 8TB HDD
Storage 2:1 Plextor M5P 512GB SSD (I looked up that ssd's load games quick)
GPU: 2-way SLI GTX Titan Z's (superclocked)
Case: Cooler Master Cosmos II (looks nice)
PSU: SuperNOVA P2 1600W 80+ Platinum
Optical Drive: 2 Pioneer BDR-209DBK's (for the movies)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Sound Card: Asus Xonar Phoebus
Internet Adapter: Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac
Case Fan: SHADOW WINGS 54.4 CFM
Fan Controller: Lamptron FC-CM615-BK
Keyboard and mouse: Logitech diNovo Edge and Logitech TrackMan
Speakers: Audioengine A5+ Black
And Finally the Monitor: Asus PB287Q

Please answer as soon as possible, Thanks!

p.s. If it beats next-gen consoles that would be a bonus!

Solution
1) The CPU cannot be used in that motherboard. You can only use a Core i7-5960X, -5930K, or -5820K.
2) SLI GTX Titans is a waste. You can do just as well with SLI GTX 980s.
