Is the CM devastator combo good for gaming???
If not, What is the cheapest gaming keyboard that has macro settings??

Thanks.

They keyboard is great. Typing on it is easy and fast. Although I'm not quite that fast after becoming accustomed to a razer deathstalker's chiclet keys. The Mouse is OK at best. It's not all that ergonomic, and is just a basic mouse. If possible just look to buy the keyboard by itself, as that's the bulk of the price for a reason.
The Devastator combo is a good entry level kit for the price. It's not high end by ANY means, but it will certainly get you going until you can afford higher end components if you desire them. There is really no other comparable gaming kit near that price range.

No. Stick with Cooler Master, as they are a well known brand in the PC community. Those Chinese off brands may look cool with their macros and colorful lighting schemes, but they are CHEAP.
