Need help with updating drivers and chipsets

Hey!

I'm helping my family out by upgrading their computer. What I figured I should start on is the Drivers and chipsets. I can't seem to find them anywhere, I think it is because XFX, and Nvida broke out of there partnership leaving me with no correct drivers and chipsets.

I would really love if any of you guys could help me out, The motherboard is a XFX MDA72P7509 AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

If the PC is working okay with the existing drivers you need not update them - - there is no point, in fact you could even regret doing so.
You don't update drivers just because they are not the latest available, that's bad practice.

You only update a driver if existing one is causing problems, otherwise leave well alone. Same applies to the motherboard BIOS.
